Technical data
Die Plate Heating Medium: Steam to 6MPa or Oil temperature to 300℃.
Working pressure to 30MPa.
The number of die plate holes varies from 50 to 7000 holes according to the clients’ requirement, and the aperture could be from 0.5mm to 3.5mm.
The diameter of the die plate could be from 120mm to 1600mm and the annual capacity of the production line could reach 450,000 tons.
Jinfeng die plates are mainly used for pelletizing LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, PC, PS and other high polymer such as EVA, SAN, etc.
