The Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Russian Academy of Sciences, The Material Science Institute signed a letter of intent to establish a joint venture company.

The Sino-Russian joint venture Shenyang Jinfeng Special Tool Co., Ltd. was officially registered.

200,000 tons of polypropylene plastic pelletizing template was successfully operated.
