Information for a Die Plate Inquiry
Please provide as much of the following information as is available:
- Existing die plate drawing and revision
- Overall dimensions and mounting interfaces
- Photos of the complete die plate, die face, and related interfaces
- Equipment manufacturer and model for component identification
- Polymer type and grade
- Relevant operating conditions
- Required quantity
- Heating-channel information shown on the drawing or existing component
- Material, inspection, or documentation requirements
For replacement work, details of the existing component help identify the interface and working-area requirements.
Information for a Pelletizer Knife Inquiry
Please provide:
- Existing knife drawing or clear dimensions
- Photos of the complete knife and mounting features
- Sample availability
- Required quantity
- Equipment manufacturer and model for identification
- Polymer and operating conditions
- Working-area material or hardness requirements shown on the drawing

If the knives are used with an existing cutter hub, include photos and dimensions that show how the knives are mounted and positioned.

Information for a Die Plate Repair Assessment
Repair work begins with inspection and technical evaluation of the existing die plate. Please send:
- Photos of the complete die plate and damaged areas
- Existing drawing or dimensional information
- Description of the wear, damage, or heating-channel issue
- Remaining-thickness information, if available
- Polymer and operating information related to the component
- Previous repair history, if known
- Sample availability for physical inspection
Available repair operations may include cleaning, grinding or regrinding, hard face replacement, heating-channel repair, and pressure testing. Third-party ultrasonic testing can be arranged when required.
Preparing Drawings, Photos, and Samples
Use the latest drawing revision whenever possible. Mark critical dimensions, interfaces, and special inspection points clearly. For photographs, include:
- One view of the complete component
- Close views of the working area and mounting features
- A scale or known dimension where helpful
- Clear images of wear or damage for a repair request
Drawings, photographs, and supporting files can be sent by email. This website does not provide a file-upload form. If a file contains confidential project information, identify it when contacting JINFENG and avoid including information that is not needed for the technical and commercial evaluation.
Packaging and Delivery
Products receive corrosion-protective and moisture-resistant packing. The outer packing is selected according to the product size, weight, and order requirements.
Delivery can be arranged by courier, air, sea, or another suitable method according to the order. Timing and shipping terms are provided with the quotation after the manufacturing or repair scope has been defined.
