Shenyang Jinfeng Special Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Under the JINFENG brand, the company manufactures pelletizing die plates, complete pelletizer knives, and pelletizer cutter hubs for plastics pelletizing applications.
We work with drawings, samples, dimensions, equipment interfaces, polymer information, and operating conditions to assess each component requirement.

These processes support drawing-based custom manufacturing and evaluation of existing components. When a complete drawing is unavailable, photographs, dimensional information, and a physical sample can help establish the required interfaces.
Vacuum Brazing
JINFENG uses in-house vacuum brazing for applicable pelletizing component work.
Inspection Capabilities
In-house inspection capabilities include dimensional inspection, hardness testing, die-hole inspection, surface inspection, and heating-channel pressure testing. The applicable inspection scope is selected according to the product drawing and order requirements.
Ultrasonic testing (UT) can be arranged through a qualified third-party inspection provider when required for a project.
From Existing Components to Customized Manufacturing
Many inquiries begin with an existing component that needs to be identified, replaced, or evaluated. JINFENG can assess customer drawings and dimensional information, or use a physical sample as the starting point when complete documentation is unavailable.
For die plates, the assessment considers the main dimensions, mounting interfaces, die-hole area, melt passages, heating-channel information, and cutting-side features shown on the drawing or sample. For pelletizer knives and cutter hubs, the focus includes mounting details, knife positions, shaft connection, and the relationship between the knives and die plate.
The resulting manufacturing scope is agreed around the component and the customer's order requirements.
